Recommended Daily Portion: Take up to 4 servings a day. Instructions: To prepare 1 serving, add 1 sachet (25g) of powder to 250mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. For an intense flavour, add 200-250mL of water. For a milder flavour, add 250-300mL of water. Shake for about 5 seconds.

Excellent whey protein, I highly recommend it! I've been using this whey for about a month and I'm really happy with it. The powder mixes easily, without lumps, whether with water or milk. The taste (chocolate in my case) is pleasant and not too sweet, which is a real plus. As for results, I've noticed better recovery after my workouts and less muscle soreness. Digestion is also very good, with no discomfort whatsoever. The price/quality ratio is good compared to other brands I've tried. In short: effective, great taste, and easy to digest. I'll definitely buy it again!
