Essential

Vitamin D3 has now become part of my supplementation regimen, whether I play sports or not. I find it great, very easy to swallow, and has no discomfort. I had a fairly serious vitamin D deficiency. The latest blood tests speak clearly; my levels have returned to normal. It's especially excellent in the winter when you may have little exposure to the sun.
