Creamy Choc Pie

Cookie Pie Crust

Crush 10 Double Creamy Protein Cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter, melted. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Chocolate Cream

Melt 7 oz of chocolate (70% cocoa) and mix with 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then remove and whisk vigorously until it becomes smooth and fluffy.

Spread the chocolate cream over the crust and decorate as you like.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!

The best cookies!

I really like these as an evening snack, they taste amazingly for their macros. Now I don’t feel guilty for eating cookies, specially cause just four of these leave me full, unlike the sugary ones from the supermarket
