Good product, but the tablets are a bit heavy

Good quality product with visible effects on hair, skin, and nails. The formula is comprehensive and effective. The only downside: the tablets are quite large and a bit heavy to take daily. Despite this, the results are worth it. I recommend it with this small caveat.
