Top BCAAs

Excellent product for the price. In my opinion, the 4.1.1 dosage is more effective; it works better than the classic 2.1.1 dosage of branched chain amino acids for the same amount taken.

CONVENIENT FORMAT

Whether it works or not is hard to say. Taking it before and after exercise seems to delay fatigue and give recovery a boost.
