Can’t go wrong

These are great, previously I always used the ankle straps from my local gym but it’s ideal to have your own ones. The quality of these is great and they’re fairly priced as well.

Solid Ankle Straps

As a coach I use ankle straps a lot for cable glute exercises, and these from Prozis are solid. They’re lightweight, easy to adjust, and stay secure during kickbacks and leg work. Simple and effective.

Kickbacks

I bought these to practice kickbacks and I feel super safe and comfortable doing them. I highly recommend them. I'm already on my second pair. The first pair was pink, but it quickly turned black, so I decided to order black ones!

Excellent anklets

The anklets are excellent, I use them practically all the time and they're incredibly soft and comfortable, they don't bother me at all. It's also great that they come in pairs, so I don't have to take one off and put it back on every time I do a set.

Resistance band for glute training

I use them to train my glutes at the gym; they're very practical and easy to put on and take off.

They do their job perfectly. The Velcro closure holds perfectly and they're adjustable to any position.
