Without a doubt, my favorite puffs!! Excellent for snacking when you crave something sweet, and of course, perfect for mixing into sandwiches!!!

Delicious and incredibly light! The honey adds a natural sweetness without being cloying, and the spelt remains crunchy even in milk. Perfect for breakfast with yogurt and fresh fruit, but also excellent as a quick mid-morning snack. Clean ingredients, no added refined sugars, finally a puffed cereal made just right. The package lasts just the right amount of time, and it's already in your cart for reordering.

Puffed spelt adds volume to dishes, with a better texture and that extra touch of sweetness provided by the honey. Excellent!

I love this product; the flavors are addictive. It's perfect with simple fromage blanc and a touch of honey for a delicious and balanced dessert.

Super delicious

These puffs are incredibly delicious and taste much better as a muesli than the extremely sugary version from a well-known company. They're also great dry as a small snack to eat by hand.
