Recommended Daily Portion: Take up to 3 servings per day. Take 1 serving between meals, 1 after training and another about 45-60 minutes before bed. It's an excellent weight gainer

It took me a while to find a weight gainer that I could digest easily and that actually tasted like chocolate. The shake doesn't cause bloating, and my muscle gain has been a success since I started taking it. The powder dissolves very well in water. I've tried all three flavors; I recommend Chocolate, which is by far the best, and Vanilla, which is a close second and has a very light and not-too-sweet taste.
