Λευκή σκόνη πηκτικού και σταθεροποιητή για παγωτό! Από τότε που το χρησιμοποιώ, δεν έχω πια τον πάγο που είχα παλιά, και δίνει επίσης στο μείγμα μια μεταξένια υφή! Για μένα, είναι 9/10!
