Mælkeproteinkoncentrat, Fuldkornshavrepulver (25%), Valleproteinkoncentrat, Æggehvidepulver, Hævemiddel (Natriumbikarbonat), Flødeerstatning (Mælk), Smagsstoffer, Farvestoffer (E 150a (karamel)), Æggeblommepulver, Fortykningsmiddel (Xanthangummi), Salt, Sødemiddel (Sukralose) .

Anbefalet brug: Bland 2 måleskeer (25 g) med 75 ml vand eller mælk i en skål. Hæld dejen jævnt ud på en velsmurt stegepande, og steg pandekagen ved middel varme. Vent i 1-2 min., og vend så pandekagen. Steg begge sider til de er gyldenbrune.
