Finally home after a long day, but you still haven’t had a chance to eat. It’s already too late to go shopping, and you’ve simply had it with those fatty ready-made foods from your freezer, with all their artificial additives and fillers. So, any ideas?

Well, we do! Prozis 1-2-Eat presents you with real food. In fact, it’s a whole product range with yummy veggies and cereals harvested straight from the soil with minimum processing, dehydrated so they don’t spoil, and packed immediately without additives of any kind, except maybe for a bit of seasoning. With 1-2-Eat, what you see is what you get. And that includes plenty of fiber and flavor.

As easy as 1-2-Eat

Just a minute though – if you want to “Eat,” don’t skip the “1-2” part. And that part really is almost as easy as counting, involving only the addition of water and maybe some olive oil and salt, waiting a little, and giving everything a good stir. It may vary per product, and dehydrated soups may even require a bit of cooking time, but you’ll still be surprised how effortlessly and quickly you’ll put food on the table, all flavorsome and ready to eat!

Open to suggestions of your own

You can have your dish as it is, or use it as a base for a creation of your very own. Start with a dash of salt, add any kind of seasoning you like, boost the micronutrient content by adding some fresh veggies, or even increase the protein content by mixing in meat, cheese or fish, or tofu or seitan if you'd like to keep it vegan.

As long ago as 12,000 BC, dehydration was already known as an efficient method to preserve foods. And it’s still a clever method! Just think about it: although it doesn’t involve any additives, the result is still a long shelf life and great flavor. Preparation Suggestion: Rehydrate beforehand using warm water for 15–20 minutes. Strain well and use them the same way you would use fresh tomatoes in stews or sauces. It can be used directly in paellas, stews, soups, etc. It can be used without rehydrating in liquid-based dishes.
