1. Context

1.1. These are the terms and conditions for the PROZIS ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE, hereinafter "ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE," held by PROZIS from April 3, 2023, to April 30, 2023.

2. The ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE aims to award customers who bake a Prozis birthday cake by choosing the three best photos that, in the context of the brand’s anniversary celebration, contain the image of a cake made with at least one PROZIS® product.
The winners will be determined by other PROZIS customers’ votes (likes) during the time mentioned in Article 1.1 above.

1.3. Admission to the ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE presupposes registration as a private customer on the PROZIS website. The account must remain active for the duration of the ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE.

1.4. The ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE is only available to customers—the Challengers—who are not simultaneously employed by any PROZIS business group companies.

1.5. By participating and uploading their photograph, each Challenger declares to have read, understood, and therefore accepted the rules established in these terms and conditions. They also consent to the free use of their name and image, animated or otherwise, for advertising purposes unless they forfeit the prize. In this case, consent is considered withdrawn as soon as notice of said forfeiture is received.

2. Participation procedure

2.1. Any customer may participate as a Challenger if they are over 18 years of age and are the author of a photograph featuring the cake they baked and at least 1 (one) PROZIS® product used to make the cake.

2.2. Each Challenger can only submit 1 (one) original photograph. It must be uploaded onto a webpage specifically made available for that purpose at the PROZIS website, which will include a feature for the identification of the PROZIS product(s) present in the photograph and used to make the cake. The Challenger will be required to log in to participate, and their participation will be subject to the validation of their eligibility when it comes to the requirements herein established and their initial registration as a PROZIS customer.

2.3. By uploading their photograph, the Challenger expressly declares that they are the person depicted in the photo, if applicable, and that, as the author, they consent to its publication and dissemination, therefore authorizing it to be made available to anyone who accesses the PROZIS website.
This consent also extends to the authorization for the publication of the Challenger's identification (first and last name) and country of residence, which will both be associated with the publication of the photograph, to collect the highest possible number of votes.

2.4. The photographs will be published after being subject to internal validation, which will assess their suitability to the ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE as well as the presence of any content that may be in contravention of moral decency, transgress public decency, or offend the image and reputation of PROZIS® or any PROZIS business group company.
A mechanism to report any inappropriate images will be set in place. PROZIS reserves the right to remove any photo at any time and without prior notice if deemed noncompliant with the ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE submission conditions. This will result in the immediate and prompt elimination of said participation. Any photos containing other brands, PROZIS group competitors, or otherwise will also not be eligible for participation.

2.5. Once the Challenger's participation has been uploaded and validated, the photograph will be published on the webpage. A link to their participation will be made available and can be shared by the Challenger or any third party to collect votes.

2.6. Voters may vote for more than 1 (one) image, but they can only cast 1 (one) vote per image. Voting is only possible after previously logging in to the respective PROZIS account, provided there is a record of a purchase made and paid for before the vote is cast.
All internal procedures and technological mechanisms will be used to ensure the validity of the votes and detect any behavior that is fraudulent or damaging to PROZIS’ image or the participation of another Challenger. PROZIS reserves the right to cancel any and all votes noncompliant with the eligibility requirements herein established or whenever a voter cannot be identified as a legitimate PROZIS customer. The validated vote count will be regularly updated.

3. Vote Count, Winner Announcement, and Prizes

3.1. On May 15, 2023, once the total number of votes per photograph has been checked, the winners will be determined and informed of the results. They will be contacted by phone, followed by a written message left in the helpdesk message box of their PROZIS customer accounts, which will convey the necessary steps to receive their prizes.

3.2. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1st prize: a 1000 (one thousand) euro store coupon
2nd prize: a 500 (five hundred) euro store coupon
3rd prize: a 250 (two hundred and fifty) euro store coupon

3.3. The public announcement of the winning photographs will be made on the ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE webpage once the winners have given their consent, according to Article 3.1 above. This consent will represent the authorization for publishing the following information for a maximum period of three months after the results have been disclosed: (i) first and last name; (ii) country of residence; and (iii) the winning photograph.

3.4. The coupon prize will be valid for 12 months and must be used for a single purchase on the winner’s country of residence website. The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or any ongoing promotional campaigns at the time of use. In the case of winners residing in countries where the euro is not the currency in use, the coupon amount will be converted into said currency according to the exchange rate on that specific date.

4. Data Protection Policy and Final Provisions

4.1. The ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE requires the processing of the abovementioned participants' personal data, which will be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as with any national regulations applicable to each data subject.

4.2. The data processing activities necessary for ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE are described in this document and rely on the data subject’s consent. The latter has the right to withdraw said consent at any time, provided such a request is addressed to the Prozis DPO by email sent to dpo@prozis.com.

4.3. The terms set out in the general Prozis Privacy and Data Protection Policy will also apply to customer account management and contact operations.

4.4. Any other requests related to the management or clarification of any matter related to the protection of participants' personal data, as well as requests for these terms and conditions to be made available, must also be addressed to the Prozis DPO by email sent to dpo@prozis.com.
