What information do we collect?
The PROZIS GO platform collects the customer's name, telephone number, residence address, e-mail address and age, for use in marketing campaigns, giveaways and newsletters. Via the PROZIS GO modules that you use, information from devices (e.g.: NEO SMART SCALE - body weight, level of activity, body mass index, etc.), information about user behaviour and preferences (e.g.: diet, target weight, nutritionist, gender, photo, etc.) and information about health (e.g.: total, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, arterial pressure, etc.) are also collected. Lastly, we may collect further information regarding the user experience of PROZIS GO and its respective devices, with the objective to improve our service.
What is the collected information used for?
The collected data allows us to notify all of the platform's users regarding important alterations of the functions of PROZIS GO, conduct surveys and obtain information for statistics purposes. We may also periodically send information regarding products and services, campaigns, promotions and special offers via e-mail. If you do not wish to be contacted for such ends, you will be able to cancel your newsletter subscription in your personal account. PROZIS pledges to protect customer information and to never make it available to any third parties.
Updating user information

Occasionally, information may be made available on PROZIS GO that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, possibly related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, delivery deadlines, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any kind of errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to alter or update information or cancel orders in the event that any information in the service or any related website turns out to be inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (that includes after your order has been sent). PROZIS uses one of the most secure online systems in existence, and is constantly improving its software in order to provide the highest possible security to its customers. We use a server certificate, also known as a digital certificate that protects our identity, as well as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption of the data that is transmitted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT
All of the software's intellectual property rights, as well as the content available via PROZIS GO, are property of PROZIS and licensed and protected by laws and treaties all over the world. All of these rights are reserved to PROZIS and its suppliers. The users only allowed to save, print or present PROZIS GO content for personal use. The publication, manipulation, distribution or reproduction in any format of any PROZIS GO content, as well as the linking of any PROZIS GO content to any business or company, is prohibited.
SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
The opinions of our users are very important to us, since they allow us to improve the service we provide. Therefore, if for any reason our users are not satisfied with the service, or would like to suggest an improvement, we appreciate them taking the time to make us aware of the situation by sending a message to our customer support team.

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we offer Services are governed and interpreted according to Portuguese law.
