Cordyceps sinensis

Cordyceps is a fungus from the mountainous regions in Asia, that has medicinal properties and is currently used as a food supplement. This fungus is formed by bioactive substances that present immunomodulatory and immunoregulatory activity, and is very beneficial for the organism. The main components of this product that have important biological activity are nucleoside (3'-deoxyadenosine), plant sterols, polysaccharides and bioactive amines, vitamins and minerals (e.g.: zinc ).
