1. Context

1.1. These are the terms and conditions for the Prozis Challenge "PERFECT MATCH 2023," hereinafter "PERFECT MATCH," held by PROZIS from February 22, 2023, to March 8, 2023.

1.2. PERFECT MATCH aims to award customers who wish to show the world their love for PROZIS is real. For that purpose, the twenty best photos containing the participant's image and at least one PROZIS® product—the perfect match—showing the participant is in a serious relationship with PROZIS® will be chosen. The winners will be determined by other PROZIS customers’ votes (likes) during the time mentioned in article 1.1 above.

1.3. Admission to PERFECT MATCH presupposes registration as a private customer on the PROZIS website. The account must remain active for the duration of PERFECT MATCH.

1.4. PERFECT MATCH is directed only at customers—the Challengers—who are not simultaneously employed by any PROZIS business group companies.

1.5. By participating and uploading their photograph, each Challenger declares to have read, understood, and therefore accepted the rules established in these terms and conditions. They also consent to the free use of their name and image, animated or otherwise, for advertising purposes unless they forfeit the prize. In this case, consent is considered withdrawn as soon as notice of said forfeiture is received.

2. Participation procedure

2.1. Any customer may participate as a Challenger if they are over 18 years of age and are the author of a photograph that includes their own image and at least 1 (one) PROZIS® product.

2.2. Each Challenger can only submit 1 (one) original photograph. It must be uploaded onto a webpage specifically made available for that purpose at the PROZIS website, which will include a feature for the identification of the PROZIS product(s) present in the photograph. The Challenger will be required to log in to participate, and their participation will be subject to the validation of their eligibility when it comes to the requirements herein established and their initial registration as a PROZIS customer.

2.3. By uploading their photograph, the Challenger expressly declares to be the person shown in the said photograph and that, as its author, they consent to its publication and dissemination, therefore authorizing it to be made available to anyone who accesses the PROZIS website. This consent also extends to the authorization for the publication of the Challenger's identification (first and last name) and country of residence, which will both be associated with the publication of the photograph, to collect the highest possible number of votes.

2.4. The photographs will be published after being subject to internal validation, which will assess their suitability to PERFECT MATCH as well as the presence of any content that may be in contravention of moral decency, transgress public decency, or offend the image and reputation of PROZIS® or any PROZIS business group company. A mechanism to report any inappropriate images will be set in place. PROZIS reserves the right to remove any photo at any time and without prior notice if deemed noncompliant with the PERFECT MATCH submission conditions. This will result in the immediate and prompt elimination of said participation. Any photos containing other brands, PROZIS group competitors, or otherwise will also not be eligible for participation.

2.5. Once the Challenger's participation has been uploaded and validated, the photograph will be published on the webpage. A link to their participation will be made available and can be shared by the Challenger or any third party to collect votes.

2.6. Voters may vote for more than 1 (one) image, but they can only cast 1 (one) vote per image. Voting is only possible after previously logging in to the respective PROZIS account, provided there is a record of a purchase made and paid for before the vote is cast. If there is no record of a previous purchase, participation will only be possible if the voter verifies their telephone number, which will be associated with the customer account through an option made specifically available for that purpose. All internal procedures and technological mechanisms will be used to ensure the validity of the votes and detect any behavior that is fraudulent or damaging to PROZIS’ image or the participation of another Challenger. PROZIS reserves the right to cancel any and all votes noncompliant with the eligibility requirements herein established or whenever a voter cannot be identified as a legitimate PROZIS customer.

3. Vote Count, Winner Announcement, and Prizes

3.1. On March 9, 2023, once the total number of votes per photograph has been checked, the winners will be determined and informed of the results. They will be contacted by phone, followed by a written message left in the helpdesk message box of their PROZIS customer accounts, which will convey the necessary steps to receive their prizes.

3.2. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1st prize: a 500 (five hundred) euro store coupon + Starter Pack.
2nd prize: a 300 (three hundred) euro store coupon + Starter Pack.
3rd prize: a 150 (one hundred and fifty) euro store coupon + Starter Pack.
4th–20th prizes: a PROZIS® Starter Pack.

The Starter Pack is a set of PROZIS® products containing the following: (i) X Shaker - Black, (ii) Script Gym Towel - Black, (iii) Sachet 100% Real Whey Protein 25 g Chocolate, (iv) Sachet 100% Real Whey Protein 25 g Strawberry, (v) Sachet 100% Real Whey Protein 25 g Vanilla.

3.3. The public announcement of the winning photographs will be made on the PERFECT MATCH webpage once the winners have given their consent, according to article 3.1 above. This consent will represent the authorization for publishing the following information for a maximum period of three months after the results have been disclosed: (i) first and last name, (ii) country of residence, and (iii) winning photographs.

3.4. The coupon prize will be valid for 12 months and must be used in a single purchase on the winner’s country of residence website. The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or any ongoing promotional campaigns at the time of use. In the case of winners residing in countries where the Euro is not the currency in use, the coupon amount will be converted into said currency according to the exchange rate on that specific date.

4. Data Protection Policy and Final Provisions

4.1. PERFECT MATCH requires the processing of the abovementioned participants' personal data, which will be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as with any national regulations applicable to each data subject.

4.2. The data processing activities necessary for PERFECT MATCH are described in this document and rely on the data subject’s consent. The latter has the right to withdraw said consent at any time, provided such a request is addressed to the Prozis DPO by email sent to dpo@prozis.com.

4.3. The terms set out in the general Prozis Privacy and Data Protection Policy will also apply to customer account management and contact operations.

4.4. Any other requests related to the management or clarification of any matter related to the protection of participants' personal data, as well as requests for these terms and conditions to be made available, must also be addressed to the Prozis DPO by email sent to dpo@prozis.com.
