  • 12 Prozis Golden Protein Cookies - Thins
  • 250 g Prozis Guilt-free Creamy & Sweet Powder
  • 150 mL water
  • 2 cartons cream (light)

1. Set a few cookies aside for decoration.

2. Crumble the others.

3. Whip the cream until firm.

4. Mix 250 g of Prozis Guilt-free Creamy & Sweet Powder with the water and whisk until you get a smooth, homogeneous mix (this makes 390 g of condensed mylk).

5. Add the Prozis Guilt-free Creamy & Sweet Powder preparation to the cream while mixing.

6. Add the crumbled cookies.

7. Place the preparation in a bowl or divide it over multiple bowls.

8. Refrigerate.

Before serving, decorate your mousse with some cookie pieces.

The best cookies

I tried the ones filled with milk chocolate and white chocolate with hazelnut, and I wanted to try these plain ones without filling, and they taste great. To eat with other spreads like pistachio, peanut, or chocolate, they're amazing.
