Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day. To prepare one serving, add 1 sachet (25g) of powder to 350-500mL of water, shake vigorously, and wait 15 seconds until the foam clears before serving.

This Clear Whey is a real success. Light and flavorful... It has everything going for it. I have a slight preference for the Pineapple and Passion Fruit flavors. I highly recommend it.
