Instructions: Mix 3 scoops (30g) with 10 fl oz of water or any beverage you prefer. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. Excellent value for money. Mixes well, tastes good without being too sweet, and doesn't cause me digestive discomfort. I use it daily after training along with creatine and it has worked very well for muscle recovery. The 2kg packaging is also a great deal for those who consume it regularly.
