Mode d’emploi: Prendre 1 dose par jour. Conseils d'utilisation : Pour préparer 1 portion, ajouter 25g (2 doseurs) à 100mL d'eau et secouer. Attendre 30 minutes à une heure que le produit épaississe avant de l'ingérer. Réfrigérer pour de meilleurs résultats. Doseur à l'intérieur de l'emballage.
