Ingredients

Whey Protein Isolate (96%) (contains emulsifier (Soya Lecithin)), Flavourings, Acid (Citric Acid), Safflower and Lemon concentrate, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose) .

Recommended Daily Portion: Take up to 4 servings daily. Instructions: To make 1 serving, add 2 scoops (25g) of powder to 250mL of cold water in a shaker cup or blender. To achieve your desired flavour and consistency, vary the amount of liquid. For an intense flavour, add 200-250 ml of water. For a milder flavour, add 250-300 ml of water. Shake well for about 5 seconds. For better dissolution, do not use very cold water. Scoop inside container.
