Very good product

They arrived today and I was eager to try them out. For me, they're a great invention—easy to transport and effective for squats, but also for deadlifts. I bought two packs so I could use two different heights on each foot at the same time.

Effective wedges

These wedges are very effective for modifying and working muscles differently during squats. I'm planning to buy a second pack to intensify the workout. They're easy to carry and don't take up too much space.
