It really works when taken at night; I always thought taking supplements at night was a myth, but magnesium with zinc really does prevent cramps, etc. The next day everything is back to normal. Excellent indeed.

The best supplement

There are supplements and then there are supplements. We can get protein from food, for example. But Z-man is irreplaceable. It contributes immensely to an often-neglected part of training – rest. In that respect, it's unbeatable. Deep and relaxed sleep. Excellent. For the price and also containing tribulus – fantastic. If you can only choose one supplement, choose this one.

Excellent value for money

The tolerability is excellent. I'm sleeping much more deeply and soundly, which is of course beneficial for muscle regeneration.
