Ingredients

WHEAT Flour (26%), Fructo-Oligosaccharides, Whole EGG powder (12%), Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Modified Starch, Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)), Maize Starch, Sweetener (Maltitols), Sweetener (Erythritol), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), Coconut Oil-Based Powder (MILK), Raising Mix (WHEAT), Flavourings, Salt.

Instructions: Add 2 level scoops (80g) of powder to 45mL of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter. Microwave it for about 2 minutes at 800W. Wait a few seconds before taking the Mug Cake from the microwave to make sure it doesn’t sink. Scoop inside container.

I was incredulous. It literally takes two minutes to make and the flavor is exceptional. It reminds me of a chocolate plum cake. Zero chemical flavor. Once it was ready, I added a teaspoon of chocolate butter (which tastes like Raffaello) and I was flying!
