Recommended Daily Serving Take 1 serving per day at breakfast. After consuming 26 servings, stop taking it for 2 weeks. Then, repeat the cycle as instructed. For maximum results, combine it with proper nutrition and a training program, and drink plenty of water while training. Instructions: To prepare one serving, mix 9g (1 scoop) of powder with 200mL of cold water. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds. Scoop inside container.

Good product

The idea was to try something to increase energy and help me get back in shape, as injuries and having a baby have made getting back into shape difficult. I thought it would have a rather artificial taste, but it's well done, a little acidic for my taste, but it's easy to drink. If you combine it with the gym or other sports, you won't have too much or too little energy. You'll see results after using it for a while, but it looks promising. I recommend it because it's not harsh, and because you won't lose your gains if you stop taking it.

Honestly, I was very hesitant about purchasing this product, but I immediately changed my mind. During your period, taking it in the morning gives you a significant boost in energy, strength, and pumping, whether you work out in the morning or afternoon. There are no side effects, at least for me. It solubilities more than well, and the lemon flavor is acceptable. Next time I'll try the blue raspberry. Absolutely positive feedback, I highly recommend it.
