How to prepare

Add 2 heaping scoops (35 g) to 450 mL of water or vegetable drink in a shaker, and shake well.

Should you prefer a creamier consistency, add the same amount to a bowl and gradually add 30 mL of water or vegetable drink while stirring vigorously.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Supreme 100% Vegan Protein - Speculoos
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Combine the rolled oats, the banana, the almond butter, the almond milk, and the water in a blender.

Add the speculoos-flavored Supreme 100% Vegan Protein and the cinnamon.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Add ice cubes if you want, and blend until cold.

Good vegan proteins, light and practical

I've been very happy with these Supreme 100% Vegan Proteins. The flavor is pleasant and not too heavy, the consistency is quite creamy, and it's easy to drink. They dissolve well in the shaker, although it's best to shake them a little more than with regular proteins, because vegan ones are always a bit too heavy, obviously. Overall, they seem like a good product: light, convenient, and perfect for those looking for a dairy-free protein. I'd happily use them as a snack or post-workout.

My favorite whey

I don't digest milk proteins well, I used to take Clear protein, and I received this one as a sample with an order. Since I tried it, it's become my favorite whey protein. I never get tired of the chocolate hazelnut flavor, unlike other flavors.

Chocolate protein

This product really surprised me. I don't usually take protein powder at all, but I wanted to experiment a bit. I used it to make a sort of chocolate pancake batter, and I was incredibly impressed. It's good, it thickens nicely if you add a little milk for extra creaminess, and it mixes perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving it a 100% rating is that, compared to the one in the silver packet (100% Real Whey Isolate), the flavor seems less intense. I'm a huge chocolate lover, and this one, compared to the other, is less chocolatey. But it's still great.
