I tried the Prozis Chocolate Protein Bar and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is definitely good for a protein bar: it's very reminiscent of milk chocolate, but not cloying. It's perfect if you're craving something sweet without overdoing it on the sugars. Nutritionally, it's high in protein and very low in sugar, making it ideal as a post-workout snack or to stave off hunger pangs mid-morning or afternoon. The texture is soft, not too dry like other similar bars, although it can be a bit "doughy" if not accompanied by a sip of water.
