If you know how to prepare a typical instant drink, there isn’t much more you need to know to prepare your favorite instant coffee-protein beverage. One thing though: make sure the water you use isn’t too warm! Any temperature up to 60-70ºC is fine, so don’t let it boil..

Ingredients

WHEY Protein Concentrate (contains Emulsifier (Lecithins)) (90%), Instant Coffee (7.5%), Palm Oil-Based Powder (MILK), Flavouring, Salt, Anhydrous Caffeine (0.25%), Sweetener (Sucralose) .

May contain traces of soya, egg and gluten.

Take up to 2 servings a day. Instructions: To prepare one serving, warm up 125mL of water at 800W for 40 seconds until it reaches 60-70°C. Do not allow the water to boil! Add 2 scoops (25g) of powder and stir with a spoon until all lumps have been dissolved. Do not heat up the prepared product in the microwave. Scoop inside container. Other Suggestions: Cold: Add cold water and stir. You can also mix with a shaker, if you prefer. With ice: Add ice to the water and blend.
