Ingredients

Whole OAT Powder (96%) (Origin , Finland), Flavourings, Safflower and Lemon Concentrate, Sweetener (Sucralose), Acid (Citric Acid) .

May contain traces of soya, milk and egg.

Suggested Use: Add 100g (10 level tbsps or 1 1/2 200 mL cups) to 250-350mL of water. You can adjust these amounts to your preference. This product can also be used as a recipe ingredient. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or from mixtures of these beta-glucans.

Best oatflour ever

I make protein pancakes with this flour only, egg whites and baking powder. Then some of Prozis spreads on top. Perfect.

I highly recommend this oatmeal. It smells delicious, and tastes the same. The only downside is that it's lemon-flavored, and it can be tiring for those who don't like lemon, but that's the flavor.
