Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Gelatine, L-Ascorbic Acid, beta-Carotene, DL-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Ferrous Fumarate, Anti-Caking Agent (Calcium Phosphates), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide), Potassium Iodide, Cupric Gluconate, Nicotinamide, Zinc Oxide, Manganese Gluconate, Calcium D-Pantothenate, D-Biotin, Sodium Molybdate, Cyanocobalamin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride , Cholecalciferol, Riboflavin, Thiamin Hydrochloride , Phytomenadione, Colour (Iron Oxides and Hydroxides), Chromium Picolinate, Colours (Iron Oxides and Hydroxides, Carmoisine), Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Sodium Selenite.

Recommended Daily Portion: Take 2 capsules per day, one in the morning and the other with a main meal.
