You no longer have to deny your cravings—Prozis Instant Pancake is guilt-free. Now you can have pancakes for breakfast, as a snack, or even to replenish protein after a workout. As a calorie-conscious treat, Prozis Instant Pancake is suitable for athletes and dieters.

The recipe for success

Freeze a can of coconut milk. Then, mix it with a sachet of sweetener. Use the mixer on high speed until it is creamy to give your pancakes a fluffy topping.

If you’d rather keep it simple, try Prozis Peanut Butter or Syrup (caramel, chocolate, strawberry, etc.).

Besides protein, a 100 g dose of Prozis Instant Pancake delivers an excellent amount of precious dietary fiber. Oats contain beta-glucans, a polysaccharide that is naturally present in the bran of several cereals and that offers the advantages usually associated with the consumption of soluble fiber.

Ingredients
Whole OAT Powder (58%) , EGG white powder, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, MILK Protein Concentrate, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), VitaFiber™ (Maize Starch), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Complex, Flavouring, EGG Yolk Powder, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose) .
Contains milk, oat and egg. May contain traces of rye, wheat, barley, egg and soya.
Suggested Use: Mix 2 scoops (25g) of powder with 50mL of water or milk in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cook over medium heat. Wait 1–2 minutes and flip the pancake. Cook both sides until golden brown. Scoop inside container.
Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
