The recipe for success

Freeze a can of coconut milk. Then, mix it with a sachet of sweetener. Use the mixer on high speed until creamy to give your pancakes a fluffy topping.

If you’d rather keep it simple, try Prozis Peanut Butter or Syrup (caramel, chocolate, strawberry, etc.).

Ingredients
Whole OAT Powder (59%), EGG white powder, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (contains Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), MILK Proteins, Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonates), Inulin, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)), Flavourings, EGG Yolk Powder, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose) .
May contain traces of soya.
Suggested Use: Mix 2 scoops (25g) of powder with 50mL of water in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cook over medium heat. Wait 1–2 minutes and flip the pancake. Cook both sides until golden brown. Scoop inside container.
With sweetener. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
