EGG white powder (99.8%), Salt.
May contain traces of milk, soya and gluten.
Instructions: Add 20g (2 heaping scoops) of powder to 150mL of cold water in a shaker. Use a blender or a whisk for better dissolution. Mix until completely dissolved. Cook the mixture in a preheated nonstick skillet. Scoop inside container.
