Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 serving a day. Instructions: Mix 2 scoops (12g) with 300mL of cold water until completely dissolved. Consume immediately. Scoop inside container.

I think it's become my favorite Prozis product. I've barely lost any hair after a couple of weeks of taking it, and I feel much more active and less tired, I suppose because of the iron it contains. The only downside is that the taste is a bit artificial, but otherwise it's perfect.
