First use
This is the first time I've taken magnesium. I started with just one capsule for the first four days, but I didn't notice any real effect. I then increased to the recommended dose of two capsules, and the difference is clear: I sleep much better and wake up feeling great. I often had trouble falling asleep and would wake up during the night, even after getting ready for bed. With magnesium, my sleep has really improved.
