WHEY Protein Concentrate (95%), Flavourings, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Extruded Cocoa Cereals (WHEAT, BARLEY), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Preparation (Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose), Emulsifier (Lecithins) .
May contain traces of soya and egg.
Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day. To prepare 1 serving, add 3 scoops (30g) of powder to 300mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavour and consistency. To make it richer and more intense, use 250mL of water. To soften the flavour, use 350-400mL of water. Shake for about 5 seconds. Scoop inside container.
With sweeteners. This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

For me it's a yes!
