Sodium Citrate, Sunfiber® (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Potassium Citrate, Calcium Salts of Orthophosphoric Acid, Flavourings, Potassium Chloride, L-Glutamine, L-Ascorbic Acid, Sweeteners (Sucralose), Monk Fruit Decoction Powder, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Gluconate, Nicotinamide, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride , Cyanocobalamin.
May contain traces of milk, soya, egg and gluten.
Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 serving a day. Instructions: To prepare 1 serving, add 1 stick to 400-600mL of water and stir until completely dissolved. Drink immediately.

It provides vitamins

I use it daily in my water; it provides the vitamins and minerals we need. This one is caffeine-free, so I'm not worried about it causing anxiety or stress, etc.

Amazing flavors

The electrolytes taste really, really good. I like strawberry and tropical the best. Some electrolytes have a strange aftertaste, but Prozis's don't at all. I highly recommend them.
