Ingredients

• 2 cups of ice

• 1½ cup of vegetable drink

• 1 frozen banana

• 1 scoop of Prozis 100% Egg White Albumin (your choice of flavor)

Preparation

Mix everything in a blender.

Suggestion: Make yourself an Iced Coffee by adding 1 cup of cold coffee and ½ cup of vegetable drink instead of 1½ cups.

EGG white powder (92%) Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Acidity Regulator (Potassium Carbonates)), Flavourings, Coconut Oil-Based Powder (MILK), Sweetener (Sucralose) .
Instructions: Take up to 4 servings a day before and/or after working out or anytime throughout the day to increase your daily protein intake. To prepare 1 serving, add 2 scoops (30g) of powder to 250mL of water or any beverage you prefer. Shake for about 5 seconds. This product can also be used to prepare other foods, such as porridge, cakes, pancakes, or cookies. Scoop inside container.

A great alternative for those who don't like the taste of whey protein.

Add it to all your sweet or savory dishes for a significant protein boost. Personally, I also add it to my chocolate rice porridge in the morning to supplement my protein intake as I lose weight.

Egg white protein

Prozis Plain Flavored Egg White Protein is excellent; I've been consuming it for a few years and I'm very satisfied. I also give it to my elderly parents, blended with plant-based milk and a banana. They really enjoy it, and it gives them strength and energy, providing them with the amount of protein they need in addition to a good diet.
