I expected them to be more substantial, more rigid and thick, however, they fit perfectly in sports bras, because I've tried them in several, for example, the "Prozis BFF Sports Bra" and another one with a zipper from a different brand. I bought the M/L nude and the color is exactly as pictured, and the size is perfect. They provide good coverage and work well for me; I recommend them.
