Mix one Prozis Veggie Gelly sachet with 500 mL of water.

Keep stirring and allow the mixture to simmer for 2 minutes.

3.

Stir until it is well dissolved.

4.

Put it in the fridge to solidify.

Fluffy Gelly

Ingredients

1 sachet of Prozis Veggie Gelly

1 can of coconut milk

Prepare the gelly

1. Prepare one sachet of Prozis Veggie Gelly and refrigerate it.

Coconut chantilly

2. Refrigerate a coconut milk can for about 4-6 hours.

3. Mix the solid part with a mixer for 3-5 minutes (don’t include the coconut water).

4. You can add a sachet of sweetener or a pinch of stevia.

5. Let it solidify for about 2 hours in the fridge so it gets a whipped-cream-like consistency.

Finish it off

6. Spread the coconut chantilly over the gelatin. Make sure the gelatin is hard enough not to get mixed with it.

Maltodextrin, Thickeners (Agar, Locust Bean Gum), Flavourings, Radish, Apple and Blackcurrant Concentrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), L-Ascorbic Acid, Acidity regulator (Sodium Citrates) .

Instructions: Preparation method per sachet (15g): Mix the powder with the water (500mL) and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for 2 minutes. Place in individual bowls and refrigerate.
