1 sachet Prozis Veggie Gelly D-Gest (pineapple)

2 tea cups pineapple cut into pieces (take a really ripe pineapple, clean it, and cut it into small bite-size pieces)

3 tbsps veggie cream

Preparing the dessert

Mix 1 sachet of Prozis Veggie Gelly and the fresh pineapple pieces in a pan filled with 3 tea cups of water. Let it boil for 5 minutes and set aside.

Mix the veggie cream. Pour the dessert into bowls and let them cool in the fridge.

There you have it! A cool Veggie Gelly treat.

Instructions: Take 1 serving per day. Preparation method per sachet (15g): Mix the powder with the water (500mL) and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for 2 minutes. Place in individual bowls and refrigerate.
