For the filling:
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
For the crumble:
- 1 cup Prozis Oat Flakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ melted coconut oil
For the topping:
- Prozis Crunchy Apple Slices with Cinnamon to taste
Combine all ingredients for the filling in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well-combined. Spoon the filling into a baking tray or pie plate.
Combine the dry ingredients for the crumble in a mixing bowl. Stir in the melted coconut oil and mix until well-combined.
