Ingredients

Protein Blend (95%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate), Flavourings, Creamer (Milk), Colour (Plain Caramel), Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Salt.

Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 serving per day. Instructions: To make one serving, mix 2 1/2 scoops (30g) into 150mL of cold water or any beverage you prefer. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavour and consistency. For a creamy texture, add 30g of powder to a bowl and gradually add 30mL of water or milk while stirring vigorously. Scoop inside container.
