Brownie - A recipe for kindness

Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Vegan

½ cup applesauce (with no added sugar)
2 tbsps water
¼ tsp guar gum
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or a mix)
¼ tsp salt
½ cup cocoa powder
8 g stevia (may vary according to taste)

1. Stir the applesauce, water and guar gum together in a bowl for two minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
3. Grease a square pan with vegetable oil (coconut, for example).
4. Bake for 25–28 minutes at 180ºC, in a pre-heated oven.
5. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes.
