Ingredients

1000 g

Gluten-Free Brioche Bread Premix

475 g

Water

200 g

Margarine

50 g

Fresh yeast (previously dissolved in water)

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes, at slow speed, using a paddle attachment.

2. Mix for another 7 minutes at moderate speed.

3. Divide the dough into 50 g portions, approximately.

4. Shape them and allow them to rise for about 35 minutes in a warm, moist environment.

5. Chill at 5ºC for about 15 minutes.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 205ºC for 20 minutes.

Starch (Corn, Potato) (57%), Sugar, Rice Flour (10%) Vegetable Fat-Based Powder (Coconut oil, Maltodextrin, Pea Protein), Egg, Potato Protein, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Salt, Dextrose, Emulsifier (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Antioxidant (Citric Acid), Enzymes (Amylase, Hydrolase) .
Preparation Suggestion: Beat 1000g of the Gluten-Free Brioche Bread Premix, 200g of margarine, 50g of yeast (previously dissolved in water) and 475g of water together. Beat all the ingredients at slow speed for about 2 minutes, and then at moderate speed for 7 minutes using the paddle attachment. Divide into portions of approx. 50g and allow them to rise for about 35 minutes in a warm, moist environment. Chill at 5ºC for about 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 205°C for 20 minutes.
