with Cinnamon
and Strawberries

  • 60 g Oat Flakes
  • 1/2 Apple
  • Almond Drink
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 handful of Strawberries

Crumble the apple (unpeeled) and put it in a bowl along with the oatmeal flakes and cinnamon, then pour almond drink over this preparation. Microwave for 1-1½ minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Place the red fruits on top and take to the refrigerator for 1 hour or more. It’s ready!

  • 40 g Oat Flakes
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml Water

Put all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smoothie-like texture. Garnish with fruit. Enjoy!

  • 170 g Quark
  • 1 tbsp Oat Flakes
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed Seeds
  • Grated Coconut (optional)
  • Lean Cocoa Powder (optional)

Simply mix all the ingredients. If you want to give the recipe more flavor, add lean cocoa powder or a spoonful of grated coconut. It's delicious!

Potato Muffins

  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 3 tbsps Quark Cheese
  • 60 g Oat Flakes
  • ⅓ Apple

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Cut the potatoes into slices and put them in boiling water. Leave to “semi-boil” for 7-10 minutes - it's important not to let the potatoes cook too much! Then put them in a food processor along with the remaining ingredients and shred until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. If it comes out too thick, add some water. Place in a muffin tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. It's ready!
