Instructions: Add 2 level scoops (80g) of powder to 45mL of water and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter. Microwave for about 2 minutes at 800W. Wait a few seconds before taking the Mug Cake from the microwave to make sure it doesn’t sink. Scoop inside container.

I tried the Zero Mug Cake in caramel flavor and was really pleasantly surprised. It's incredibly easy and quick to prepare – just mix it with water and microwave for about two minutes. Perfect when you suddenly crave something sweet but don't have the time or inclination to bake for long. The taste is fantastic: nicely sweet, with a pleasant caramel note and a soft, slightly fluffy texture. Of course, you can tell it's not a traditional cake, but for a fitness product, it comes pretty close. What I particularly like are the nutritional values: very little sugar, lots of fiber, and overall a much "lighter" alternative to regular cake. This is a huge plus, especially for those on a diet or watching their nutrition.
