Coconut Pancake with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

1 egg
2 tbsps coconut flour
1 tsp Prozis coconut oil
1 tbsp crushed walnuts, hazelnuts or another nut of your choice
50 mL plant-based milk
Stevia to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Grease a frying pan with the coconut oil and heat it over medium heat.
Cook the pancake until golden brown.

Full of flavour

I am already on my second bottle of this! It really tastes like a maple syrup from the supermarket but is zero! Definitely a bust buy if you like adding flavour to your breakfasts :)
