Oven-Baked Breaded Chicken

2 slices chicken breast
Juice of 1 lemon
1 egg
Salt to taste

Pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
Flaxseed to taste

Place the chicken slices on a platter and season them with the salt, the pepper, the garlic cloves, and the lemon juice. Set aside.

Place the whisked egg on a plate and the ground flaxseed on another one. Dip the meat in the egg and then in the seeds, and place it on an oven dish.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning the slices over halfway through. Cut into pieces and serve with the Prozis Zero Hot Ketchup.
