Ingredients
BCAAs 2 1 1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Emulsifier (Lecithins)), Acid (Citric Acid), Flavourings, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Spirulina and Safflower Concentrate.
May contain traces of milk, soya, egg and gluten.
Recommended Daily Portion: Take 1 serving a day, before or after training. Instructions: To prepare one serving, add 5.4g (1 level scoop) to 200-250mL of cold water. Scoop inside container.

Refreshing taste
