Recommended Daily Serving Take 1 serving a day. Instructions: New users may find it beneficial to start with 1/2 a serving a day during the first week and gradually increase to 1 or more servings several times a day. Between meals: Take 1/2 to 1 serving between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and support a high-calorie diet. Post-workout: Start by taking 1/2 to 1 serving 30-45 minutes after working out to promote maximum recovery. Before bedtime: Take 1/2 to 1 serving about 45-60 minutes before bedtime to obtain nutrients for muscle recovery during the night. To prepare 1 serving, add 334g (5 scoops) of powder to 660mL of water and mix for 45-60 seconds using a blender. Add a few ice cubes and some calorie-contributing ingredients, if you wish, and blend for an additional 30-45 seconds. You can also use non-fat or low-fat milk instead of water for a thicker, creamier, and higher-calorie shake. Scoop inside container.

Love This Stuff!!

I been using Xtreme Mass Gainer for the past 3-4 months on my path from 132lbs (Dec ''25) to 175-180lbs (160lbs today). This is fundamental in my nutrition efforts as I have a high metabolism on top of low calorie intake on some days. I wanted something that was effective but also didnt have much sugar. After research this was a no brainer. Chocolate is my favorite but I find myself using the Vanilla more because it is a great base for most my shake recipes (especially with berries!!).
